It can assist you with regulating your emotions, handling conflict, develop coping skills, increase confidence and much more. You will be able to work with your therapist to create goals, and have your voice heard.

I provide a non-judgmental, person-centred approach that can assist clients with a variety of different challenges. I implement modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy and solution focused to cater my approach to each individual client and help them reach their desired goals.
